Aspire Zelos X 80W Box Mod (Battery Only)

The Aspire Zelos X 80W Box Mod (Battery Only) is an ergonomic single-18650 box mod delivering up to 80W of adjustable power, a 0.96-inch colour TFT screen, and universal 510 compatibility.

Crafted by Aspire, the Zelos X Mod is designed for vapers who love the refined styling of the Zelos 3 platform but prefer the flexibility of an external, replaceable 18650 battery. Constructed from premium zinc and aluminium alloys with rounded contours, this mod combines rugged durability with advanced ASP chipset versatility.

External 18650 Flexibility & Full Power Suite

The Zelos X houses a single high-drain 18650 battery (sold separately) secured beneath a threaded bottom battery cap. Powered by the ASP chipset, it delivers 1W to 80W with multiple output modes: Wattage, Voltage, Bypass, Temperature Control (TC/TCR), and Custom Power Settings (CPS). The 0.96-inch colour TFT screen features 5 selectable color themes.

Step-by-Step Setup & Maintenance Guide

To set up, unscrew the bottom battery cap, insert a fully charged 18650 battery (positive end first), and screw the cap back on. Screw your chosen 510 tank onto the top plate. Click the fire button 5 times to turn on the mod. Adjust your wattage to match your coil rating and press fire to vape.
