2. The Verification Process

To ensure compliance with legal age restrictions, every order goes through an age check before it is dispatched. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Our team reviews the details you provide at checkout (including your name and address). Where we cannot be satisfied that you are 18 or over, we will ask you for photo ID before your order is dispatched.

3. Returning Customers

Once we have successfully verified your age, you will not normally be asked to verify again for future purchases, provided you use the same account and details. We may still carry out a further check at any time if we have reason to doubt a customer's age.

4. Manual Verification Requirements
